Blox Fruits was the most popular game as of 2025 on Roblox. Reaching over 2.7 million players playing at once, breaking its record! As one of the most popular and well-known games on Roblox, I have decided to write a review about it.
Starting out as a new player, Blox Fruits will most definitely feel daunting, with thousands of levels to grind and endless adventures to embark on. This feeling can lead someone into the dark world of cheating. But as a player who experienced the endless grind, I can say it looks like it will take ages, but really, it’s so immersive that it just feels like time flies and your level just keeps growing.
One of the biggest factors of Blox Fruits is its well-known combat system, allowing players to fight one another when above level 20. With all the amazing VFX on all the abilities you can do, whether it be for your sword, fighting style, gun or fruit, nearly all look stunning. When you get to the high level and skill PvP it gets harder as players get more skilled and more aware of tricks like ken tricking moves and pulling off combos.
Another well-known thing about Blox Fruits is all the side adventures you can embark on! As you level up, the more adventures you can do! For example, the Leviathan raid boss. This is a secret sea event that only 12% of players have seen! And that’s just one of the countless secret bosses, quests, and sea events. As you progress through the game, you should go and do things to make your grind easier. The problem with these quests is that there are no hints at all to tell you that there’s something to do
The gameplay, core mechanics and controls in Blox Fruits are pretty standard with the classic moveset of W, A, S, D for movement and SPACE for jump, as well as mobile buttons on the screen for iPad and phone players. But the core mechanics can prove to be a little bit off, as hitboxes can be off-centred and look to be completely bypassed when on high ping. It really can be a pain to deal with when fighting and grinding.
Swords, Guns, Fruits. Everything a Blox Fruits player wants, but why are they so difficult to obtain? It’s ok for it to be hard, but the sheer amount of effort and grinding you have to do is phenomenal. Some swords that aren’t even that good can take up to weeks to get. Not to mention fruits! These days, to get a dragon fruit is to pay for a permanent one or trade a game pass for it. And even doing that can take ages to find someone willing to trade one to you. And if you’re free to play, it’s nearly impossible to roll on with less than a 1% chance. You could trade up for it, but most people will give up after some time.
The Blox Fruits community. Known for its toxicity and hate-driven players. If you’ve ever joined or played Blox Fruits, you would have come across a ‘toxic’ player. As an experienced player, ‘toxic’ people can be a pain to deal with, constantly annoying you and trying to kill you. But luckily, after you perish to a player, you will get fifteen minutes of ‘safe zone’, meaning you cannot be harmed by another player. So the best way to really deal with the ‘toxic’ community is to just get a private server or join a server with a small number of players.
