Evolve 3D is a Roblox game where you can create a creature and use it to gain DNA to make larger creatures. In order to get DNA, your creature must eat food, live long enough or come from specific parts. The aim of the game is to thrive in your environment using different builds. There are 30+ parts to use in your creature! In this guide, I’ll only tell ya about specific parts, but if you want to see more, check out the game!

In the game, you will see three main stats: Hunger, Health, and DNA. DNA is needed to use parts, as most parts (besides bone blocks) need DNA to be placed. The more DNA you have, the more parts or more expensive parts you can place on your creature. Hunger is how much food your creature has, going below zero will cause your Health to go down, you can obtain food by: eating leaves if you have a green/white mouth (herbivore or omnivore), eating prey with a red/white mouth (carnivore or omnivore) or leeching off of other players using the parasite mouth, we’ll talk about builds using these later. Health is your top priority; staying alive lets you gain more DNA, obviously.
There are also two places your creature can be, which can change your DNA gain type slightly, land and water. Most players will live on land, although you may also see water build up; this is only because land was added in the most recent update.
Based on how much DNA you have, your size will change, smallest being 0 DNA (you’re not even taller than the grass!), which also dictates how HARD the game will be. We’ll discuss this later.
More stats do exist, so i’ll just say them all here; DNA RISK (dna lost after dying), DESPAWN TIME (time till despawning), TORQUE (turning speed), SIGHT (makes water more visible and lets you move your camera further), STOMACH VOLUME (how much you can eat), SWIM SPEED (how fast you can swim), APPETITE (how fast your hunger will drain), and HEALTH (your overall HP, you probably know about this).
You can also save & load your creatures by using the save & load button! You can also import creatures, too, if you have the code for them!
DNA can be obtained in multiple ways, but the main ways are eating and just staying alive, honestly! Let’s discuss some builds that allow you to obtain DNA.
Omnivore :
Omnivores can eat meat and plants, but will only gain 1 food point every time instead of 2, but reward you with a varied diet. Most omnivore builds are water-based since there are lots of leaves and dead bodies underwater, making it easy, though not as rewarding as being a Herbivore. Using the Omnivore mouth is not recommended, though, but here’s an example of one you can find in the game!

Herbivore :
This can be a good build for people starting out or who want an easy game. It’s recommended to be a Herbivore underwater, though land can work out too. Herbivores also should have protection, or ways of escape, such as shell armour, Electrolytes to stun enemies and Nectophores to jump away, but most importantly, FAST SPEED!

Carnivore :
Being a Carnivore is a bit harder than the other two; you’ll mainly want to use Spikes, Acid spitters, and Electrocytes to stun your prey, fast speed and a Tongue to latch onto them, though Spikes, Acid spitters and the Carnivore mouth won’t work against shells. Here’s a Carnivore I made! (The small green thing is a dead creature, eat those!).

Dormant :
Hate the hassle of moving around? Just stay in place! Builds that are dormant mainly look like plants, staying in one position a lot. You’ll want other players to come near you, then feed them. My one isn’t that good, but it works! And it can gain you some amounts of DNA, lots of there’s more people around ya!

Leviathan :
Leviathans can be considered the top of the food chain, normally carnivores, in order to have a leviathan you must first be a water-based animal, be 25 blocks long (you can change plot size using f2 and xyz coordinates!) and the most popular “mouth build” being a clover mouth, fast speed, tanky, LOTS of dna, and stunners, it’s not recommended to do this build since most players use land builds, but if you want a rush of adrenaline while being jaws it’s pretty fun! Do this on servers with lots of players.

Hotels:
Taking the altruistic approach even further, you can create a hotel that can shelter smaller/bigger creatures and feed them 24/7, you’ll need a door to be able to protect your insides, either using a membrane or a couple of pistons, and some acid spitters at the back to spit away any bad smaller creatures like carnivores who will eat other creatures inside of you, you can then place stuff like feeders, healers or their -cyte counterparts! It’s recommended to use a parasite next to the feeders/healers to be able to heal/feed the creature while you also gain nutrients to live! Though there are ways to exploit this…

Fake hotel:
The polar opposite of the hotel, it normally tricks other creatures into going into its “mouth” and lures them into it by placing feeders & healers and then opening its membranes into it, though be weary that people may start telling others about you and saying “fake hotel” so you may have to change into another creature until they forget, or slightly change your creature.

Parasite:
Parasites are quite annoying when your large, but as a parasite, you latch onto other players using the parasite mouth, letting yourself gain food from the host, you’ll want to be small and unnoticeable because your host could have a electrocyte, which in your case can stun you and fling you away, your mouth also cannot pierce shells, meaning it’ll be harder to latch on, but once you do, you can simply just relax!… …until your host despawns or stings you away…

Digger:
Using substrate displacers (I just call them diggers), you can get some XP by digging the ground. You’ll also want some mouths, a slim design too, and that’s about it! In fact, a digger can be mashed up with herbivores, omnivores or even leviathans for those pesky players that live underground.

Symbiote:
The nicer version of a parasite, overall, you’ll be better off doing this over the parasite, as you and the host benefit from this!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand that’s about it! Let’s talk about gameplay.
The gameplay of Evolve 3d is mainly just thrive & survive, most builds are land-based since Leviathans don’t work well on land, but with a tank or strong creature, you should definitely play in water builds, even if it gets a bit lonely.
As a smaller creature, you should hang out in hotels if possible, but be altruistic and tell other players if the hotel is fake, be nice!
And if your a larger creature the gameplay may be harder, since your bigger, you’ll offer more food to other players, so you’ll either want to opt into being a strong carnivore or a tanky herbivore, omnivore won’t really work at this size since you’ll have a lot of stomach storage, use fat layers to increase it without exceeding the limit!
About stomach storage, the more you have, the more stomachs you can place. It’s a hidden stat, but using fat layers, you can increase it.
Intestines help with hunger, too, by decreasing your appetite! This goes great with meat blocks, which increase your health but decrease your appetite, which lets you become quite tanky with about 20 meat blocks. Using muscles also helps! Since your torque is decreasing from the intestines and the meat.
That sums it up a bit! Thanks for reading! ^v^
