Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Botw) is a great open-world action game with a great story. Not only does it have 2 DLCs, but it also won Game of the Year in 2017. If you want to 100%the game, it will take a long time. There are many reasons it would take a long time. One, there are 900 Koroks, and it would take 9 hours to get all of them. Plus, there are 107 pieces of armour and weapons in the game.
The game is kinda like real life, there are different races, and the weather affects your character. You are playing a character called Link, a knight who was assigned to protect the princess. You also possess a sword called the master sword, the sword that sealed the darkness. You are one of 5 champions in the world. The five champions (including you, playing as Link) are Mipha, Daruk, Revali, and Urbosa. Each of them is a different race: Mipha is Zora, Daruk is Goron, Revali is Rito, and Urbosa is Gerudo.

Going back 100 years, the kingdom of Hyrule was a peaceful world until Ganon was awoken. But they were prepared to beat him with items like the Sheikah Slate, a tablet with bombs, Stasis, Magensis, and Cryonis, and being able to teleport to shrines, towers and other locations. The Sheikahs/the people, made weapons and spider robots called Guardians that shoot laser beams out of their eyes. The game is like real life; the weather affects the link. For instance, if it rains and you need to climb, you will slip and never be able to reach the top. You can beat this game two ways: one, going straight for Ganon at the castle to kill him and his minions, or two, getting all of the divine beasts that are given to the four champions. For Mipha, it is Vah Ruta (Water), Daruk is Vah Rudania (Fire), Revali is Vah Medoh (Air), and Urbosa is Vah Naboris (lightning). If you do want to go down this path, it won’t be easy because Ganon has taken control of all of them. Vah Ruta is controlled by WaterBlight Ganon, Vah Rudania is controlled by FireBlight Ganon, Vah Medoh is controlled by WindBlight Ganon, and Vah Naboris is controlled by ThunderBlight Ganon. Now let’s talk about the 2 DLCs. DLC pack 1 adds the trial for the master sword, the best sword in the game, it adds the master mode if you want a challenge, the hero path mode so you can see how your playthrough has been, the travel medallion so you can go anywhere he wants even if he hasn’t unlocked a tower or shrine to tp to, it also adds some really good armour.

The DLC pack 2 is a very different story: when you defeat all the Divine Beasts, Zelda will tell you to go back to the shrine of resurrection( the shrine where you slept for 100 years, also where you start the game). When you get there, you are greeted by a weapon called the Champions Ballad. The Champion’s Ballad takes away all of your hearts in one hit but leaves you with a quarter of a heart. You have to complete four challenges and a shrine. When you complete the challenges, Ballad breaks, and there are four orbs that spawn when it breaks. The orbs will be given to the Divine Beasts, after which a stand will appear and display a portion of the map. Once you complete the four orbs, you have to defeat the blights again. Once you defeat all the blights again, you have to go back to the shrine of resurrection; then it will take you to a place with even more puzzles. Then you have to fight the Monk Maz Koshia, a Sheikah monk, who was once defeated. After you kill him, you will get the master cycle zero.
